Protein Pancakes

Makes 6-8 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 Scoop of 1UP Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Fresh Berries

  • Maple Syrup, Honey, or Agave

Method

  1. In a blender, add in 1/4 cup oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 egg, 1 banana, and 1/4 cup of milk.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. To a pan or griddle, add a drizzle or spray of oil. Pour your pancake batter until you get the desired size. This recipe should yield 6-8 small-medium sized pancakes.

  4. Once all of your pancakes are cooked, top with fresh berries and syrup. Enjoy!
