Marinate the beef with 1/2 of the onion (shredded and drained), 1/8 cup chopped parsley, 2 tsp baharat seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/4 tsp cayenne.
Once mixed, split the mixture into four quarters. Each quarter should then be split into halves and distributed thinly onto two tortillas.
Place meat facing down onto a hot pan or griddle and cook for 3-4 mins.
For the sauce: In a blender, combine 1 clove of garlic, 1 green onion, 3 tbsp yogurt, 1/2 tsp tahini, handful of cilantro, handful of parsley, juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of salt. You can adjust the measurements according to your desired taste.
Top the kafta wraps with pickles, tomatoes, and your green sauce. Can also have a salad on the side for more volume. Enjoy!
