Chia Seed Pudding

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8oz) milk
  • 1 scoop @1upnutrition protein powder in strawberry milkshake (code ‘ALESHA’ to save 20%)
  • 8 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 8 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Handful Chopped strawberries

Method

  1. Mix the milk and protein powder into a shaker of your choice, and shake!
  2. Pour into a large refridgerable dish and add the chia seeds.
  3. Mix thoroughly and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, take a spoon of the protein mix, and layer with greek yoghurt and strawberries in a mason jar.
  5. Repeat until the jar is full.
